This November, some of the most exciting teams from across North and South America will battle it out for a chance to take home the title of BITS Americas Champion along with their share of the $10,000 prizepool.
Fans Control Who Competes in This Tournament
BITS Americas is the only Dota 2 tournament that puts fans in direct control of their team’s fate!
What does that mean?
This time around, every team that competes in BITS Americas will have to qualify through the People’s Choice Qualifiers.
How Does People’s Choice Qualifier Work?
The fans will control their team’s destiny.
Voting opens on the 16th of October, be ready!!
Cast your vote by finding your team’s profile on bits.firstblood.io, clicking the vote button, and following the instructions.
Teams will be seeded into the BITS based on votes, with only the top eight teams competing for the BITS Americas title and the $10k prize pool. So your vote is critical!
How Do Teams Register?
BITS Americas will be open to any and every Dota 2 team, from weekend warriors to top-tier professionals. As long as they are based in North or South America, anyone can register!
After registering to compete, each team is handed their own voting portal; a slot on the BITS homepage and a direct link to share with their fans on social media.
The eight teams who manage to rally their fans into the biggest frenzy will be selected to compete in BITS Americas.

From there, teams are on their own to share the news and rally their fans into a hysteria of social media voting mayhem.
